The hair extension consultation is the first and most crucial step in achieving your dream hair. During this one-on-one session, a certified extension specialist will conduct a thorough assessment and customize a plan to ensure the extensions are a perfect match for your hair and lifestyle.

What to Expect:

1. Discussing Your Hair Goals & History:

      • Desired Look: Are you looking for Length, Volume, or both? Please bring inspiration photos!

      • Lifestyle: We will discuss your daily routine, including work, hobbies (e.g., swimming, intense workouts), and preferred styling to choose the most suitable application method.

      • Hair History: We'll review any recent color services, chemical treatments, or medications that may affect your hair health.

2. Hair Assessment & Suitability:

      • Evaluation: Your stylist will check the density, texture, and overall health of your natural hair and scalp. Note: Hair must be healthy enough to safely support extensions.

      • Method Recommendation: Based on your goals and hair type, we will recommend the best extension method (e.g., Tape-In, Sew-In Weft, K-Tip) and explain the pros and cons of each.

      • Color & Texture Matching: We will color-match your natural hair to our high-quality human hair extensions to ensure a seamless and invisible blend.

3. Investment & Maintenance Plan:

      • Pricing: You will receive a transparent, itemized quote covering the cost of the hair, the installation service, and the recommended aftercare products.

      • Maintenance Schedule: We will outline the required move-up or re-installation appointments and the total lifespan of the hair.

      • At-Home Care: Your stylist will review the necessary at-home maintenance routine, including recommended brushes and extension-safe products, to protect your investment.

Next Step: If you decide to move forward, a non-refundable deposit for the hair order will be collected, and your installation appointment will be scheduled.
